Roasted Pears

This evening, these… Became these… Upclose… With greek yogurt… And some mulled wine… Nice! Earlier today I read the recipe here and by co-incidence was given some pears this afternoon and thought I would try this out. This is a very forgiving recipe that I am sure could be tweaked around. Maybe some brandy?
