More from the same day. I accidentally tore this roll of film when I was winding it back (what an amateur!) but the guy from the camera shop salvaged most of the prints. I am converted to going into places to get photos developed rather than sending them off as a roll from my Yashica seems to be lost in the post.
The last four are Magdalen College which I have photographed a few times, here it is in the April and September. I am looking forward to going back over this spring and summer to see how things blossom. Most Oxford Colleges generally seem to be open to visitors between 2-4pm which means if you have a job it is almost impossible to visit them. I guess this might be on purpose as they are places for study however it would be nice if out of term time they could allow people in over lunchtimes or something.

Isn’t it interesting how different film photos look from digital photos? I swore up and down that I would never give up my beloved Pentax for a digital camera, but I haven’t touched it in 5 years or so ever since my Canon Elph entered my life. Funny… These pix are lovely, very evocative of a certain mood, somehow.
The colors and vignetting are just perfect.
What a GORGEOUS place!!!
