Tintagel

Tintagel Castle is the remains of a castle on the Cornish coast. It is said to be the birthplace of King Arthur, whether or not that is true it is an impressive place located at the top of cliffs with views down the wild coast. We were there at 10am on a overcast Monday morning which had the advantage that there were only a handful of other people there, I would imagine that on a sunny weekend in the holidays it would be packed.

Oh! I haven’t been there in years. It’s such a glorious spot. I bet it was cold though.

It wasn’t too bad as we got all hot from climbing the millions of steps up :)
