What I am enjoying in particular with the LC-A is its portability, it’s no problem to pull it out of my pocket as I go about my business. The fountain is at my work, the path was a walk after work, and the plates were lunch with a friend.

Chocolate Almond Cake

I made Elizabeth David’s Chocolate Almond Cake for my sister’s birthday lunch. It is flourless so gluten-free. When I was Googling for the recipe I found it on this pretty cookery blog. I used their doubling-up method. Very delicious, I will make this again.
