I am off for a few days to Berlin, so excited, I can't wait!! YAYAY! It is one of my favourite cities and I am particularly excited to be seeing my mum and step-dad and their new flat. Normally we go there early in the spring but this year we waited a little longer and it is going to be so different to be there and not to be really really cold. Yippee!

Berlin and Potsdam

This is the last of the Berlin photos that I will put on here, anything else I will put on flickr. As well as Berlin we also visited Potsdam which is a city near Berlin with a very interesting park and palaces.

Because we have been to Berlin quite often it means we can fairly relaxed about what we want to do rather than having to tick off all the important sights like with a new place.

So that is the last of the holiday talk! Back to normal things.

Berlin, Unusual drinks

In the top photo the pink drink is Berliner Weiss mit himbeer, so a beer with a shot of raspberry syrup. In the bottom picture the beer is Diesel which is beer with coca cola. Both the drinks are very tasty.

Berlin, The Flat

I am off work sick which isn’t great, on the upside it has given me a chance to look through my photos. Also it means I am watching lots of Ironside and Quincey!

How we are able to go to Berlin every year is that we can borrow this lovely old flat.
